Obituary of Harry Williams

Harry Long Williams passed away at the age 78 in his sleep on August 8, 2020 at his longtime residence in Jamaica Queens, NY. Mr. Williams left behind a wife of 30 years, Florana Monique Williams whom he married on April 7, 1990, together they have 4 sons Sirbashin, 2 fraternal twins Jacob & Joshua and Aisel and 1 daughter Jenara. My father also has 4 children (3 daughters and 1 son) Denise, Tyrone, India and Marie by my beloved Mother Carolyn, who is deceased, Alao, he has 1 son, Harry Jr. from his first marriage to Tina, who is deceased. Also he leaves behind 14 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. My father was born on March 15, 1942 in Harlem, NY to Isabella Harriet Williams, his mother has been deceased since 2005. and his father Harry Long is deceased. He was an only child to Isabella Harriet Williams. My Dad had several jobs as a Superintendent taking care of apartment buildings. The very last job that he had before becoming disabled was a Superintendent working for HPD, Housing Development and Preservation under the City of New York. He worked at the HPD Dept for many years and was a great worker and a fast learner who got promoted quickly to Manager/Supervisor while on the job only a short time. We will greatly miss you Daddy, but we know that you are in a better place and that you have no worries or be in any pain anymore. Love you always, we will all see you again someday! You can sing with the Angels now! There is a white suit waiting for you in Heaven! Please watch over us and keep us safe. DADDY, WE LOVE YOU! God Bless you and Rest in Peace! Amen!
